How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or embossed items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How should I care for my leather items?

To maintain the longevity of your product, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or water. We recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Leatherman products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
